Josh grew up on the mission field in Trinidad and Tobago and

He received his undergraduate degree in Christian Ministry from Trinity International University in Fort Lauderdale, FL graduating cum laude. Josh grew up on the mission field in Trinidad and Tobago and spent four years working with inner-city youth under Miami Youth for Christ before moving back home to South Carolina. Josh is a career firefighter and in addition to his job enjoys quality time with family, music, traveling, staying involved with his church, and partnering with those bound up in addiction on their journey to freedom. Josh is also a Chaplain Candidate with the Army National Guard and is endorsed by the North America Mission Board (NAMB).

Steven is the founder of Refuge Ministries and has counseled individuals recovering from addiction for the past 20 years. Refuge provides resources to help those struggling with addiction. Refuge provides an environment for people to fall in love with Jesus in a way that transforms their minds for them to experience God’s love and healing so they can love others and accomplish the Great Commission in their circle of influences. Refuge provides support for parents and families of those struggling with addiction.
